Passions

The P in Leadership is for Passion

Passion: When you put more energy into something than is required to do so. It is more than just enthusiasm or excitement, passion is ambition that is materialized in to action, to put as much heart, mind, body, and soul into something as is possible.

Being a leader is just that. It’s more than giving direction. It’s showing direction and guiding in a helpful manner. It’s lending a helpful hand to those who normally wouldn’t reach for it. It’s about taking everyones attributes and combining them so you can come together and create a better environment. (click on picture)

Leadership is a chain reaction and someone always will be there to show their take on leadership.

That is why leadership is one of my passions. Its not the aspect of being in charge, its the responsibility you take to make sure everyone is accountable and feels trusted and respected. Another reason why leadership is my passion is because it can come in many different forms. This can allow me to portray my take on leadership and allow someone to take from that, their own style. It’s contagious, in a sense, and everyone takes it on differently. It’s like a chain reaction and if its put into action, we can create a million passions.

Helping Ones in Need

Helping people in general is something that has always come natural to me and will always be one of my biggest passions. Whether it is helping someone talk out a problem or just confiding in me because theyPassion (1) need someone to talk to, I am here to help. In a different aspect, I am developing a passion to help people in need through the barriers of medicine. Not just being there emotionally for a person, but for their survival as well, builds a fire and drive in me. Through medicine, I believe that I can create a better world for other people allowing them to live a happy, healthy lifestyle. Coming together to solve medical anomalies and prolonging a persons life is single handedly one of the best things I can do with this passion.
